品飲筆記

香氣：初聞是帶有岩鹽的海風氣息，而後的些許香蕉與燻肉交錯讓人驚艷不已；中層的牡蠣的鮮甜撲鼻而來，最後是帶有辛香料煙燻氣息與淡淡的瓜果香。
口感：一入口是迷人的烤焦糖布丁與太妃糖，而後是燻鮭魚的鮮味，帶出萊姆葡萄在口中繚繞。
尾韻：在濃郁的煙燻氣息中，不時串出淡雅白花的襯托，最後則是檸檬酒在喉間不斷綿延。
