香氣上層有著檸檬鳳梨系的軟糖甜美，在軟糖後頭厚實的臘質感如同瞬間移動到北高地的Sutherland，底層緩緩浮現薄荷百香果茶的風味。香氣組成並不複雜，但這些都是最迷人的元素啊！入口油潤，初始的甜美很快的經由芥末油再轉向海鹽咖啡，峰迴路轉的口感體驗！
