品飲筆記
酒色：淡金色
香氣：初聞是經典的煙燻、奶油與柑橘，隨後跟上的是檸檬酸與果香，再帶有新鮮檸檬皮炸開的清新，最後是輕到不能再輕的海風氣息。
口感：一入喉就像身邊換了場景，坐在岸邊的大礁岩上，先是不苦的煙燻與泥煤的特殊魔力，花香與果香突然榨出，再平回泥煤、奶油感。
尾韻：輕盈的酒體，帶有稍作粗獷的表現，隨後感受的是油脂保留在舌中，舌頭兩側則略顯乾燥，而泥煤不時流竄於口。
