蘇格蘭最北方的歐克尼群島，那兒絕對是化外之地，有1/3的人口有維京人的血統，他們甚至覺得自己的靈魂更親近那極北的民族，北歐神話故事中的奧丁才是他們心中的神祇。同樣的，那裡所製造出來的威士忌，因為那塊土地獨特的石楠泥煤炭，以及墨西哥灣流造就的均溫緩慢熟成，還因爲沒有高山阻抗的朔風野大，讓奧克尼島的威士忌強壯而溫柔，緊實而細膩，狂野而自由奔放。是蘇格蘭最特殊的威士忌。
高處方知竹勁節，
原來英雄盔甲卸，
騎馬縱馳好還鄉，
士途怎能留豪傑。
像是開遍滿山遍野的石楠花，鼻腔中飽滿的花蜜香，淡淡潮濕海風的鹹感，還有那古戰場上那揮之不去的煙硝味，入口時的威士忌甜如蜜，彷彿將鼻子中哀傷而荒涼的氣味一掃而盡，像是慶祝新生的美麗，一群人圍著煹火，飲著甘露，啖食著煙燻肉乾，啊～這隻威士忌太有情境！
